Since 2002 Yoni has been a landlord managing a small portfolio of BTLs in London whilst juggling a busy career as an IT professional fighting the bad guys in Cybersecurity across EMEA for market leading software companies. To accelerate his property investing ambitions, Yoni completed numerous training and mentorship programs to build on his knowledge, experience and network as a way to explore new markets and strategies. In 2020, Fine Property Group was established and in the past 4 years, Yoni has nurtured a team of specialists in the North West and London to grow his portfolio and successfully acquired tired and neglected residential properties to meet demand at different ends of the market including;
